SPEAKRS.IO - MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Effective Date: Monday, 4/6/26

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individual or entity enrolling (“Member”) and The Publishing Agency LLC dba Speakrs.io (“Speakrs.io,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”).

By enrolling, purchasing, or accessing Speakrs.io, the Member agrees to the terms below.

Speakrs.io is a private, application-only membership that provides:

No part of the membership constitutes employment, representation, or agency.

During an active membership, Speakrs.io may:

Opportunities are not guaranteed to be a fit, and relevance is based on general filtering - not personalized matching.

Speakrs.io does not guarantee any specific number of opportunities within any given time period.

The Member acknowledges:

All decisions regarding selection are made by third-party organizers.

The Member acknowledges that all decisions to pursue opportunities are made independently and at their own discretion.

The Member is responsible for:

Speakrs.io is not responsible for missed opportunities due to Member inaction or delay.

Membership is billed at $2,000 per month. A minimum 3-month commitment is required.

After the initial term, membership continues month-to-month.

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

The Member remains responsible for all payments due within the commitment period and notice window.

Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, or resold without prior written consent from Speakrs.io.

A 3-day cooling-off period applies from the date of initial purchase. Requests within this window may be approved at Speakrs.io’s discretion.

After this period, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for:

Note: The 3-day cooling-off period applies only to the Member’s initial purchase. It does not apply to renewal payments, recurring charges, or any subsequent billing periods. All renewal payments are non-refundable.

The Member agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Speakrs.io to attempt resolution.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Speakrs.io reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the membership.

The Member remains responsible for all outstanding fees, including those associated with the minimum commitment and required notice period. Speakrs.io reserves the right to submit this Agreement and related records as evidence in response to any payment dispute.

The Member agrees not to attempt to circumvent payment obligations through chargebacks, payment reversals, or other means.

Speakrs.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, or remove access to services at its discretion, with or without notice.

If membership is terminated:

Termination does not relieve the Member of any payment obligations, including those associated with the minimum commitment period and required notice period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speakrs.io’s total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Member to Speakrs.io in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Member agrees not to make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Speakrs.io, its team, or its services that could reasonably harm its reputation or business.

This provision does not restrict the Member from sharing truthful, good-faith feedback or experiences.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Speakrs.io makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

Speakrs.io shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet or platform outages, third-party service disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Irvine, California.

The Member agrees to waive the right to a jury trial and to resolve disputes on an individual basis only (no class actions).

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings.

Speakrs.io reserves the right to modify, improve, or change the structure, delivery, or components of the membership at any time.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation outside the stated terms of this Agreement.

Speakrs.io may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Any updates will become effective upon posting or notice. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By enrolling in Speakrs.io, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
